I know the feeling all too well! This uneasy, disempowered feeling doesn’t stop there though, does it?

  • You don’t have enough time and find it hard to juggle the demands of the boss, the wife and the kids…not to mention your own aspirations, whatever they are!

  • Energy and motivation is low…

  • Exercise is inconsistent, niggles and injuries are common.

  • Eating is unconscious. You eat for convenience and out of habit. You worry about not getting enough nutrition and of course, your “dad bod” and growing gut!

  • You struggle to switch off as stress, anger, anxiety and low-level depression are common.

  • Sleep is poor and you wake up tired…again!

  • You turn to smoking, boozing, social media etc. too often.

  • You find yourself being dragged along by other people’s plans, people pleasing and you “bite your tongue” too often… anything for an easy life hey!

  • You have information overload, don’t know where to start, and massively overwhelmed!

90 days from now

In 90 days you will build a foundation to your health and life and reconnect with who you know you are, deep down. A complete human, bringing value and operating as you should.

 

You can expect to:

  • Be more energised, feel more motivated with a clearer vision for yourself.

  • Have more joy, fun and excitement.

  • Adopt a simple exercise regime that creates functional all-round strength and fitness.

  • Build strength and fitness – the easy way.

  • Be mindful about food – what food will and won’t nourish you.

  • Loose the gut – about 1 stone in weight.

  • Understand the principles of sustainable weight loss and eating for long term health.

  • Reduce stress, anxiety and depression (to at least 4 out of 10 or below)

  • Better control of negative lifestyle habits (boozing, smoking, gambling, social media, TV etc)

  • Feel less disempowered, be able to say “no” and create better boundaries.

  • Improve relationships (everyday and sexual) and see the silver lining.

  • Have better sleep quality - wake with more energy

  • Gain perspective – and take charge of factors in your control.

  • Attune to needs and feelings - with the ability to “course correct” should something not go quite to plan.

  • Gain new insights and realisations about yourself and that which is holding you back.

The top 2 pictures were taken in 2017 at the peak of my health struggles and where I most felt like a caged animal! Visually and at first glance I don’t look that different - perhaps other than some extra hair and a rather swollen/ puffy look to my face.

​

However, it is what you cannot see where the real transformation has happened! Inside and how I feel about myself and the world!

Since 2017 I have largely overcome stress, low level depression, overwhelm, anger, anxiety and frustration on a mental level, but also fended off chub (the spare tyre), chronic back pain, runners’ knee/weak joints and lack of fitness. Most importantly though, these have helped me to overcome confusion of who I really am, in order to find a deeper meaning in my life.

 

In the years that followed I started to prioritise myself. I took daily walks, hiked the mountains and ran trail marathons and ultra-marathons. This prompted a shift in my diet (eating natural wholesome foods) and how I exercised. I went alcohol free, barefoot, sat around campfires (having deep and meaningful chats), threw myself into ice cold water and generally “rewilded” key areas of my life.

​

As a result, I feel that I am back to me! I have created a solid foundation to health - physically and mentally, which has given me the springboard to go after the things I have always wanted to do. The culmination of this occurred as I completed a 70-mile ultra-marathon in June 2021. This proved to myself how far I’d come and how I am now the leader in my life.

​
